In addition to the two Umeå City IBF teams, 10 other teams played in Pojkar 2004. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Umeå City IBF Blå could be found in Group B together with Sävar IK, IBK Luleå Orange and Nibacos Kokkola.
Umeå City IBF Blå made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Nibacos Kokkola with 4-6. Thereby Umeå City IBF Blå finished second in P04 Slutspel A during Umecupen 2019. Umeå City IBF also participated in Pojkar 2005 during Umecupen 2018.
