In addition to Umeå City IBF, 7 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Umeå City IBF could be found in Group A together with Team Kalix Innebandy, GUIF F04 or Brunflo FK.
Umeå City IBF made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against ÖIBF F04/05, which they won with 4-2. Thereby Umeå City IBF won the entire Slutspel B in Flickor 2004 during Umecupen 2019. Umeå City IBF also participated in Flickor 2005 during Umecupen 2018.
